IDMA GSB stands for Indian Drugs Manufacturers Association – Gujarat State Board.

1. Eligibility
   
   • Participation in the event is open to all IDMA GSB Members and their Active Member Representatives.
2. Registration
   
   • Participants must complete the official registration form and submit it along with the applicable payment.
   • Registration is deemed successful only upon reconciliation of payment details.
   • Submission of the form indicates an expression of interest and does not guarantee confirmation of participation.
3. Confirmation of Participation
   
   • Limited seats are available and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to verification of membership, payment confirmation, and compliance with other event requirements.
   • Confirmation will be sent via Email and/or WhatsApp based on the details provided in the registration form.
   • Preference will be given to IDMA GSB Members, followed by other approved participants as applicable.
4. Payment
   
   • Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   
   • All payments made are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
   • Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
   • Preference will be given to IDMA GSB Members, followed by other approved participants as applicable.
6. Changes to the Event
   
   • The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, agenda, or speakers without prior notice. In case of significant changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify all registered participants.
7. Liability
   
   • Participants agree to hold IDMA GSB, event organizers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
   • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions.
8. Photography and Recording
   
   • By attending the event, participants grant permission to the organizers and their partners to use photographs, video footage, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes.
9. Code of Conduct
   
   • All participants are expected to follow the event's code of conduct, which includes:
     
     • Respectful and professional behavior towards fellow participants, speakers, and staff.
     • No tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.
     • No disruptions or unauthorized use of event materials.
10. Governing Law
    
    • These terms are governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of Gujarat, India.
11. Agreement to Terms
    
    • By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
12. Final Decision Authority
    
    • Any disputes or concerns related to the event shall be subject to the final decision of the IDMA GSB Committee, which shall be binding to all parties involved.
13. Form Submission Consent
    
    • By submitting the registration form, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions listed above.
